This Chablis comes from 12 hectares of vines on Kimmeridian soils, giving the wine the classic gunflint and wet stone aromas. With eight months on fine lees, it displays excellent freshness and purity of fruit. The wine has aromas of fresh citrus and a hint of apricot. The palate is well balanced with pronounced minerality and a long saline finish.
